I remember these. Similar but different to the current clip on tubs. They had a passive "filling" base tape that sat in side the clincher rim. This was the method of fixing. In my experience it didnt hold on too well and was very dead feeling. Those who tried these seem to put off trying the current clip on tubs, a shame as the current ones are a different animal.
