Subject: [CR]Motor pacing cycle geometry

Does anyone know exactly what sort of front end geometry was typical for "steyer" or motor pacing bikes, as discussed recently via the Jose Meiffret photos? Specifically, head angle and trail dimensions. I assume the drop would be similar to any other track bike, measured from a line through the rear wheel centeline, paralell to the ground. Also , How early would Gargatte BB shells and plain long point(or 62 bis) Prugnat have been made? Back into the '60's, maybe, or the '70's? I'm thinking of a silly project bike! Thanks!
