French stem from the early sixties and sold under the following names Pivo (Fr.), Philippe (Fr.) and Milremo (a partnership of Ron Kitching in England and Bertin Cycles in France); probably the most famous rider to use these stems was five time TdF winner Jacques Anquetil.
