Well Jay, Congratulations; you've got a winner! Guesstimate 1979-1981. I would not be surprised if she was a "show" bike. She has all the right stuff that you would want/could get at that time. The hidden cables through the hand drilled holes in the bars date her. I remember doing that after I saw a picture. Looks like an "early" attempt at "aero", with the bars and seatlug binder style. Maybe an attempt of a smaller company stepping onto the bandwagon on the cheep. Also notice the reinforced lower area of the head tube. And WOW, what a stem! The mixture of the older "Italcourse" and the newer "P" head tube would help date her also, but I do not know when the new style stickers came out. Riggio Imports of Clarence N.Y. was easy to deal with and I bought decal sets ( "Italcourse" style )from them without problem around 1983.
