Hi Don, I'm about 99 % sure It would be a Campagnolo Record. These had a full N.R. kit, except for Weinmann brakes. At about $295 in the early/mid 70's, quite a few people bought them as "gruppo kits" for their English or American custom frames. That's how I got my Inter frame as a kid- an inexpensive leftover.
