I posted a few day ago wondering if my latest project bike was an MKM or Ron Kitching; further Web research led me to consider Bob Jackson as a possibility. The serial number is 8648, stamped on both the bottom bracket and the steer tube, which I think may be consistent with the Bob Jackson format, as well as the rough age of the bike. FYI, it's a lovely 61 cm frame with wrapover seatstays and spearpoint Prugnat lugs; also, it has Campy dropouts with no eyelets, brazeons for only a rear derailleur, indicating that it may have started its life as a time trial machine .
