This may not set to well with the main group, but I have had some good success with the water slide decal papers you get at the hobby shop made by Testors. It comes in Clear and White. I have used my Corel Draw software to do the graphics... OK, to Chuck Schmidt, You did teach me how to appreciate typography and letter form. Oddly enough it stuck with me, Thanks! The trick is getting a good picture of the original art to go by. Unless you get a perfect photo its best to do the art work yourself or have someone familiar with doing it on a computer do it for you. I have had success working the two backgrounds together on one decal, obviously the ink jet cannot print white.
The best way make them is to screen them, but that is expensive and time consuming and it depends on what you want the out come to be for. What I have done still looks pretty good. OK Chuck let me have it...
