Actually that's the foto from around the time of the first Velo Rendezvous event in 2001 and was the collection of "a famous far eastern collector" on its way to Pasadena for the Sunday show. I'd have to look it up to be sure, but I believe that he won the "most bikes transported the longest distance" award at that first Velo Rendezvous show (someone else won the "traveled the longest distance to attend award"... David Benson from New Zealand?).
