the first few versions of the record front derailleur (introduced ca. 1960) had the integrated cable stop.. the stop got a slot sometime around 1963 and then was eliminated completely ca. 1967 there are a couple other small details (like chromed bronze rather than aluminum arms) that can narrow down the dating a bit more...
