Nice to see the Persons brand revived,BUT, made in India and without the beautiful and distinctive Persons" crest stamped in the saddle skirt and without the beautiful raised brass Persons name on the back of the saddle framed by brass grometted tool bag slots, it just ain't the same. Persons is actually a verrrrry old name in bicycle saddles, going
back to the very early 20th century, if not the late 19th. Persons
and Mesinger were the two top U.S. saddle makers back in the day.
