I have the very same bike in orange color but with no "Special Tour de France" marking, it's a low-end gas pipe frame, NOT Reynolds. Bike has sew-ups and Stronglight alloy cranks, Mafac Racers and Simplex Prestige. Same cheap frame, bought it for the cranks and overpaid thinking it was cool.
It's not cool.
