The stems Barry is referring to, fit Conagos with insanely small tubing. :) I know of 1980-1984 aero bikes that used them, but there may be others. They look like this, when being installed:

Mine was built in 1981, as a quasi replica of bikes used by the Gold medal winning USSR team in the 1980 Olympics. It has tons of trick features like reverse mounted brakes, 4-line ribbed tubing, aero mount down tube shifters with internal routing, internal brake cable routing that emerges on the drive side to perfectly meet the reverse rear brake, a "double reveal" b.b. socket sleeve to convert the tiny tubes to a standard sized b.b. shell, etc. A link to MANY pics of that bike, now sold, is here:

Hey all, I have in my possession 2 3ttt colnago pantographed stems. The stem insertion measures 1.7mm not 22.2 or 22.0
Very odd looking and I would think someone could have ground them down but the stems are both anodized black and the wedge is also the same extra narrow size.
I've searched around and found nothing, however when i was in Sienna a few years ago . A mechanic at the Bianchi shop showed me a colnago that was his fathers and if my memory is correct, The tubing was insanely small.
What do these stems fit?
