Wayne, I have two complete 1979 Super Record rear derailleurs in the house, complete with three out of four of the original aluminum main bolts. Checked 'em out for ya', and both have jockey wheel securing bolts that thread into the back (inside?) cage plate. There is NO nut, either inside, or outside of the back cage plate.
