Teflon tape...good tip Dale! In a pinch, I have also used the TA extractor on Stronglight with 2 homemade wooden wedges driven between arm and BB shell. Obviously the trick here is to not let the extractor do all the work or the results will catastrophic...but it did work for me...once!
